Terms of Service

VEPR is a B2B SaaS operating system that lets print shop owners manage their fleet, automate billing, and provide secure 100% private printing to their customers. VEPR provides the cloud infrastructure and the Windows Operator App; the actual printing, hardware maintenance, and local customer interactions are handled exclusively by the shop.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract in India to use VEPR. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Authentication is provided by Clerk.

You agree not to use VEPR to:

• Upload or print unlawful content, or content you have no right to print.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• Attempt to break, overload, or probe the security of the service.
• Misuse another person's documents, identity, or payment.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put other users, shops, or the service at risk.

If you operate a shop, you are responsible for your pricing, your print options, the devices you pair, and for fulfilling jobs lawfully. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations to the customers you serve, including how you handle any printed output once it leaves the service.

Subscriptions & Refunds

VEPR offers tiered subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, 6-Month, Annual) billed in advance via our payment partner. Subscriptions activate immediately upon payment.

• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Your shop will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once processed, as access to the platform and Operator App is granted instantly.

The VEPR Windows Operator App is licensed, not sold, to you for use exclusively in your registered print shop. You may install the app on multiple computers within the same registered shop.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the encryption logic from the Operator App is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

VEPR's protections depend on keys that live on your devices — a shop's private key stays on the shop's computer, and customer-side keys stay with the customer. If those keys or recovery credentials are lost, the data they protect may become permanently unrecoverable. We cannot recover them for you, and that is by design.

We strive for 99.9% uptime for the VEPR Cloud infrastructure. However, because our service relies on your local hardware and internet connectivity, we cannot guarantee zero interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via dashboard notifications. We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

VEPR acts exclusively as a secure bridge between your customer's device and your local printer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEPR and its operator are not liable for:

• Failed or interrupted print jobs due to local network issues, operator PC failures, or hardware jams.
• Loss of business revenue resulting from cloud downtime.
• Corrupted documents originating from the customer's device.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
